Privacy
Johnston Seed Company will only use your information and credit card information to process orders that you have placed on oursite we do not sell or trade customers’ names or information to other companies.
BUYING ONLINE
Buying online is easy and secure. Our secure server protects your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Putting something in your Shopping Cart does not commit you to buying it. You can add as many items as you choose to your Cart with the ability to delete the items you don’t want before processing the order. When you’re ready to place the order, click the check out button and the order will be sent to us.
PAYMENT METHOD:
All payments are in US dollars we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
A 15% restocking fee is charged on all seeds returned for credit. Prior to returning the material, please contact Johnston Seed at johnseed@johnstonseed.com for return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any material returned for refund. If Purchaser finds any damage when unloading material, it will be the Purchasers responsibility to obtain the necessary verification from the carrier and file a claim accordingly.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Shipping charges are calculated for exact Fed Ex shipping charges plus a $2.50 per order handling and box charge to meet Fed Ex standards.

Please allow 3-5 working days of in stock items to be shipped
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to various restrictions on shipping agricultural products internationally, special arrangements must be made to ship outside the United States with the purchaser agreeing to pay the associated costs. Please contact Johnston Seed at johnseed@johnstonseed.com for further information.
WARRANTY
The Purchaser must make any claims for errors involving shortage or omission in writing via email within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment. Liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of purchase price.
