After a successful career in the banking industry Lew decided to come to Enid and help out with his family's company and to this day is an active participant.

Lew's dedication to his community has always been a major priority in his life.  He has served as Secretary of Agriculture for the State of Oklahoma and is the 2010 inductee of the Oklahoma Agriculture Hall of Fame.

Lew's most memorable experience with Johnston's is the purchase of Port 33.

Butch Meibergen - President and CEO

Butch@wbjohnstongrain.com

Butch is the fourth generation of the family to operate Johnston Enterprises.  After receiving his degree in agricultural business from Oklahoma State University, Butch spent two summers working as an intern on the trading floor of KCBT for Conti Commodities.  Once he completed his internship, he started the Grain Company's risk management program.

Butch and his wife Margie have three children.  Joey and Melissa currently work in the family business while Madeline attends law school at the University of Oklahoma.

While there have been many memories of his time at WBJ, Butch clearly remembers the excitement of purchasing Johnston's Port 33 and signing the contract at Shattuck for the train loader.  He realizes the potential of Shattuck becoming an inland port.
